When you start a trade, funds or items are "locked" virtually. We only release the funds to the seller once the buyer confirms they have received the item in good condition.

ByBata is free to join. We charge a small 2.5% service fee on successful cash-based transactions or ad placements. Direct item swaps are free.

Go to Settings > Verification. Upload a government-issued ID and take a selfie. Our team reviews documents within 24 hours.

Report the user immediately using the flag icon on their profile. Do not communicate with them outside the ByBata app.
