By accessing or using the ByBata mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the services.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local laws.
• Harass, threaten, or defraud other users.
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to bypass our security or verification systems.

3. Trading & Escrow

ByBata provides a platform for users to connect. While we offer escrow services to protect funds, we are not a party to the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms.
